The Society undertook research to profile the educational needs of youth who are, or are at risk of, committing auto crimes.
The research for the Insurance Corporation of BC includes a survey of relevant studies and literature as well as interviews with police, school administrators, counselors, teachers and, of course, youth, in the Fraser Valley.
The research also evaluated the Courtlink Auto Crime Prevention Program, finding its courthouse activities in particular to be an effective program for youth.
