SmallClaimsBC.ca provides an introduction to the Small Claims Pilot, which aims to ensure faster and earlier solutions to small claims cases. People involved in these cases are often self-represented and the site provides the forms that are often needed in small claims cases.
The site’s videos detail five ways in which small claims cases can be decided: summary and simplified trials, mediations, trials and trial conferences. In addition to providing forms, SmallClaimsBC.ca links to the Filing Assistant, which helps people complete the forms.
The Small Claims Pilot is also detailed in French, Simplified Chinese, Punjabi and Vietnamese.
